| Shipping Policies: At MrAirsoft.com, we strive to keep shipping
costs low on all airsoft guns and airsoft accessories. In light of this, we offer
you no-hassle, $11.95 flat rate shipping on all purchases. This offer applies to
all orders, regardless of size, weight or quantity. In this, we will ship the
“Best Way” through our preferred carrier, UPS. For expedited shipping
(Overnight, etc.), please contact us for pricing and availability. We are also
able to ship only within the United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to
Canada or the United Kingdom. Please see our Conditions
of Use for additional information.
Order Processing: At MrAirsoft.com, it is our goal to process
all orders received 100% same day, and ship within 1-2 business days of order.
Upon ordering, your order will appear in your account as “Pending”
until the order ships. You can check the status of your order at any time using
the “My Account” section of mrairsoft.com.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of airsoft guns and airsoft
games, and in accordance with industry standards, we cannot offer returns or
exchanges on damaged product, except in the case of manufacturer or shipping
error. In order for a return / refund to be considered, the buyer must contact
the MrAirsoft team within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Any request received
outside of the 48 hour period will not be accepted.
$15.00 Airsoft Gun Policy: Due to the
nature of their application, there will be absolutely no returns, exchanges
or refunds on any airsoft gun whose price is less than $15.00. These guns come
as-is, and are easily damaged if not used properly. At Mr.Airsoft we strive
to offer airsoft guns and airsoft accessories in all price ranges. However,
if you are looking for a more durable application, we would advise a higher
grade application.
