Anybody who tried to order today found themselves in a bit of a jam. When choosing the shipping option, no matter which option you choosed, you automatically were assigned the “Express” shipping option, which is the most expensive. Therefore, customers trying to purchase products were surprised to find that they were forced to pay outrageous shipping costs. This was actually a widespread problem which affected osCommerce stores and possibly several other varieties today. USPS changed their shipping titles to all capital letters, and since ours were in lowercase, USPS couldn’t identify the proper shipping function and therefore it defaulted to the first option, which was Express. However, a quick change to the shipping titles cleared this problem up, and now everything is back to normal.
